MAL type friction safety couplingAlso called torque-limiting coupling, the main structure is a double-row roller chain coupling and friction transmission device. It is a type of flexible safety coupling with elastic elements. It is between the sprocket and the friction plate during operation. It can produce relative sliding and play a safety protection role. The torque is determined according to the compression amount of the disc spring. The MAL friction safety coupling can be used for transmission in a coaxial system, or it can be used in a parallel shaft system with a single-row chain, with the same performance.
Features of MAL friction safety coupling
(1) It has a small amount of damping, buffering and compensation performance.
(2) Protect the motor and other parts.
(3) Convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
