    3. There are three kinds of shaft deviation, namely radial deviation, angular deviation and axial deviation.Please adjust the deviation so that it is lower than the allowable value listed in the specification table of each product.
    4. The maximum deviation tolerance listed in each product refers to the case where only one deviation exists. When two or more deviations exist at the same time, the allowable value should be less than 1/2 of the maximum deviation in each specification table.
    The diaphragm coupling can withstand various deviations, and is most suitable for correcting deflection and axial deviation, but its ability to deal with eccentricity is relatively poor, because the spiral groove must be bent in two different directions at the same time, which will cause great Internal pressure, leading to premature damage to the coupling.Although the long spiral groove coupling can easily bend under various deviations, it has the same effect on the rigidity of the coupling under the torsional load.Excessive swing clearance under torsional load will affect the accuracy of the coupling and weaken its overall performance.Spiral groove type application place: Because of its poor processing ability, it is most suitable for low torque applications, especially in connection with encoders and other lighter instruments.Parallel groove type: Parallel groove type elastic coupling usually has 3 to 5 grooves to cope with the problem of low torque rigidity.Parallel grooves take into account that the cut grooves can be shortened without reducing the ability to withstand deviations. The short cut grooves can increase the torque rigidity of the coupling and overlap, so that it can withstand considerable torque.Parallel groove application: This performance makes it suitable for light-load applications.
    The semi-coupling of the diaphragm coupling is connected to the coupling through the diaphragm. The diaphragm is embedded in the hole between the semi-coupling and the outer sleeve to transmit torque and bear radial force, which can compensate the speed of the reducer. The angular displacement between the output shaft and the axis of the reel is similar to the elastic pin gear coupling.
    Use and maintenance of diaphragm coupling:
    1. Before installing the diaphragm coupling, clean the end faces of the two shafts and check the fit of the key grooves on the end faces of the diaphragm coupling;
    2. After the diaphragm coupling is installed, all screws must be checked. If they are found to be loose, they must be tightened. Repeat this for several shifts to ensure that they will not loosen;
    3. When the diaphragm coupling is in operation, check whether the diaphragm coupling is abnormal. If any abnormality occurs, it must be repaired;
    4. Diaphragm couplings must take appropriate safety precautions at various locations where personal and equipment accidents may be caused by the operating diaphragm couplings;
    5. In order to prevent the fretting wear of the diaphragm at high-speed operation, causing the diaphragm bolt hole to crack and damage, the diaphragm coupling can be coated with a solid lubricant such as molybdenum disulfide or the diaphragm The surface is treated with anti-friction coating; high-speed diaphragm coupling;
    6. The diaphragm coupling should avoid long-term overloading and operation accidents.
